I was the first (and often the only) person to obtain relevant FBI files and I am the first person to quote from those files and documents and I am the first person to scan and post copies of relevant documents online in my reports.

In fact, I have posted numerous documents in my online report entitled "Documentary History of the JBS" -- which have NEVER previously been publicly available!

Lastly, "liberal and leftist circles" have no monopoly on historical fact or research. It is certainly odd that Anonymous seems to think that new information, available for the first time, would only be of interest to (and published by) "liberals" and "leftists".

Oh--by the way--since you mentioned Fred Koch--it might interest you to know that his son, Charles Koch, was also a JBS member until May 1968 when he resigned.ernie1241http://ernie1241.googlepages.com/homenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4096080412646122814.post-32137638524411661372011-10-18T08:29:05.040-07:002011-10-18T08:29:05.040-07:00FWIW, it looks like Ernie Lazar, a California rese...FWIW, it looks like Ernie Lazar, a California researcher, author, and long time foe of right wing conspiracists, specifically the John Birch Society, will produce a new book, or e-book, that will reflect perceived fallacies in early JBS conspiracism, show J. Edgar Hoover's hostility toward Robert Welch and the JBS, and criticize the credential claims of early Birchers like Dan Smoot and Cleon Skousen. None of this is new material, and has been out on the Web for years. However, Lazar's work has been picked up by Salon and Slate, so his new book may receive wide publicity in liberal and leftist circles. Especially since Fred Koch, the father of the Koch brothers who are the leftist counterpart of George Soros, was one of the 12 men at the JBS founding meeting at Indianapolic.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4096080412646122814.post-84132702667982835852011-09-06T15:46:08.129-07:002011-09-06T15:46:08.129-07:00Not so much a re-touching as a re-labeling?
